Tampa movers must be busy lately with all of the new home developments coming up in Pinellas County. Recently, I took time to drive around and take a look at some of the newer housing units coming up in Pinellas County and I have to say that I’m pretty amazed at the size of some of these new places!
Ozona Village
Ozona Village is located in Palm Harbor and the homes there are built by Pioneer Homes. Homes run between 2,324 and 2,493 square feet and are priced between $399,900 and $409,900. Listed as luxury townhomes, these houses feature first-floor master bedrooms and have a beautiful craftsman design.
Artisan Preserve
Artisan Preserve is located in Seminole and the homes there are built by KB Home. Homes run between 2,294 and 3,290 square feet and are priced between $365,990 and $433,084. Homes are still currently under construction within the exclusive gated community and will be nice and close to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk.
Waterside
Waterside is located in Indian Shores and the homes there are built by Ashton Woods Homes. Homes run between 2,230 and 2,496 square feet and are priced between $524,990 and $705,470. Homes in this development are surrounded by water and are listed as townhomes for those looking for a waterfront lifestyle. This development is still currently under construction.
Bayside Terrace
Bayside Terrace is located in Oldsmar and the homes there are built by Mattamy Homes. Homes run between 1,667 and 2,587 square feet and are very reasonably priced between 276,990 and $375,990. The new development is within a gated community and the townhomes are all designed based on a coastal inspired theme. Close to Clearwater Beach and Tampa, Bayside Terrace is in the perfect spot if you’re seeking an easygoing retirement or just enjoy the coast!
The Cove at Rocky Point
The Cove at Rocky Point is located in Tampa and the homes there are built by Taylor Morrison. Homes in this development are still listed as coming soon but if the model home is anything to go by these luxury houses will be every homeowner’s dream. The homes are being built as luxury homes and are going to be located in a scenic waterfront community with all of the bells and whistles including access to a private boat ramp!
Cypress Chase
Cypress Chase is located in Tampa and the homes there are also built by Taylor Morrison. Homes run between 2,055 and 3,422 square feet and are priced between $358,900 and $485,687. Sold as single-family homes, these houses are located within a private gated neighborhood in one of the most desirable areas of Tampa. Local paved trails and a nearby sports facility also make this the ideal location for new families!
Park Brook in Citrus Park
Park Brook in Citrus Park is located in Tampa and the homes there are built by Pioneer Homes. Homes run between 2,844 and 2,937 square feet and are priced between $384,900 and $409,900. This maintenance-free community is still under construction but when complete will offer a park-like setting for homeowners with easy access to the Veterans Expressway for an easy morning commute.
Bayshore Heights
Bayshore Heights is located in Tarpon Springs and the homes there are built by Meritage Homes. Homes run between 1,670 and 3,360 square feet and are priced between $340,990 and $499.952. In a perfect quiet community, these homes are built with energy efficiency in mind and are a great option for new and growing families.
Aberdeen Oaks
Aberdeen Oaks is located in Dunedin and the homes there are built by David Weekley Homes. Homes run between 2,535 and 3,347 square feet and are priced between $569,990 and $772,581. These large homes are in a small enclave with 20 homes total all built based on four unique floorplans and are protected within the exclusive gated community.
